Who may collect
The requester — or a bearer with a carta poder simple: who authorises, who collects, what, date and signatures (the grantor's and, in the formal custom, two witnesses' with identification). Attach copies of everyone's official IDs (INE/passport). For bigger acts there is the notarial power — unnecessary for collecting actas.
Before organising collection: does the kiosk solve it?
A Mexican peculiarity that changes the mission's design: for acts in the system, anyone with the details (or the CURP) prints the certified copy at a kiosk or on the portal — no collection, no carta poder. Classic in-person collection remains for faithful book copies, procedural documents and corrections.
