1. Data we collect
Account: name, e-mail and password (stored with irreversible encryption). Operation: tasks, messages, reviews and wallet entries. Proof of execution: time, approximate location and a file fingerprint (hash) — collected only during the execution of a task, with the Hand's awareness.
2. What we use it for
To operate the marketplace: connect King and Hand, protect the payment in a neutral account, prove execution, mediate disputes and maintain the community's reputation. We do not sell your data.
3. Legal basis
Performance of a contract (the task), legal obligations and legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention), under the LGPD and the GDPR. Consent is collected at registration and can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Sharing
The other party to the task sees what is necessary for execution (name, reputation, city). Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, payments) process data on our behalf, under contract. Authorities, only when required by law.
5. Your rights
Access, correct, export and delete your data; object to processing; and complain to the ANPD (Brazil) or your country's data protection authority in the EU. Just write to our privacy contact.
6. Retention and security
We keep data while the account exists and for the legal period after closure (tax and dispute records). We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and role-based access control.
Initial prototype document — it will be reviewed by counsel specialised in LGPD/GDPR before the commercial launch.
