1. What King Hands is
King Hands is a marketplace that connects people who need local tasks ("Kings") to verified people willing to carry them out ("Hands"), anywhere in the world. King Hands intermediates the hiring, holds the payment in escrow and records proof of execution — but is not a party to the service performed between King and Hand.
2. Locked neutral account (escrow) and payments
When a task is created, the amount is held in escrow. The transfer to the Hand happens after the King approves the proof (or by auto-approval after the review window). The platform fee ("taxa de serviço", 25%) is deducted from the task amount. Third-party costs advanced by the Hand during execution (official fees such as issuing certificates, apostilles and postage), when approved by the King, are reimbursed in full and are not subject to the platform fee. Cancellations after acceptance may generate compensation to the Hand (25% or 50%, depending on the stage of execution).
3. Conduct and reputation
Cancellations, disputes and reviews affect your reputation on the platform. Using King Hands for illegal, fraudulent activities or those that violate third-party rights is prohibited. Tasks involving documents must respect the laws of the countries of origin and destination.
4. Disputes
In case of disagreement, either party may open a dispute. The neutral account is frozen and the King Hands team mediates based on the recorded proof and the parties' history.
5. Responsibilities
The Hand is responsible for executing the task; the King, for the information and instructions provided. King Hands is responsible for the platform, the custody of the payment and the mediation, within the limits of applicable law.
6. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice and a chance to respond, except in cases of evident fraud.
