Who can collect
The holder with the taftótita (identity card) or passport; the authorised person with an exousiodótisi with certified signature (KEP, police or consulate) + their own document. The simple authorisation copy, which half the world accepts, does not pass in Greece — the certification is the rite.
KEP: the shortcut for those on site
Many municipal certificates come out directly at a KEP — any of them, with the request dispatched internally. For the mission's bearer, the KEP is frequently the single counter: it certifies, requests, collects.
