How to request a certificate at the Kazakh ZAGS
The Kazakh request has the express lane (eGov with the holder's ECP signature) and the classic lane (the ZAGS/archive with a doverennost). Soviet-era details require the right oblast — the administrative geography has changed names since 1991.
The kit
- The IIN (the individual number) when there is one — the modern key.
- Without it: name (Russian/Kazakh/Latin spellings), date, the oblast of the event.
- The doverennost for third parties — notarial or consular.
