How to get an Israeli certificate without traveling

For the diaspora and for legal processes, it is the one that travels — with the teudat leida (the birth certificate) in the supporting role.
The population registry and the tamtzit
Israel registers its population in a central system — and the tamtzit rishum extracts from it: name, parentage, marital status, addresses, the changes. For processes abroad, the tamtzit (with the parents) + the teudat leida make up the typical package. It is issued at the Authority's offices — with MyVisit (the national appointment system) governing access.
Who can request
The holder with a teudat zehut (the Israeli identity card) or passport; representatives with a yipui koach (the power of attorney — consular, or notarial with an apostille when coming from abroad); and the Israeli consulates, which issue several certificates for citizens — the consular network (São Paulo active) is functional for the diaspora.
The Israeli apostille
